Fall Wishlist

Hello... is this thing on?  How is everyone doing?  Can you believe it's almost October?  The past two months have been absolutely crazy busy for my family and because of that this little space on the internet has taken a backseat.  While I hope to actually finish a life lately post and catch you all up on our life these days, in the meantime I needed to do a post that required less brain power and more pretty images.

Besides the Lilly sales a few weeks ago I haven't done much shopping lately! (I know I can't believe it either!) My goal for this fall/winter season is to buy practical items that I know I will wear a lot even if the price tag is a little higher than most. I'm tired of doing my closet clean outs every season and donating or tossing so many clothes/shoes that are worn out after one season or shrink after two washes.

I still reach for my Revas all winter long (on the days it's not freezing) and while they're still in good shape after 6 years they're starting to look a little worn out.  They're expensive shoes but if they'll last me 6 years or more I'm happy to pay the price for them!

Fawn Design Diaper Bag
As you know I've totally gotten on the backpack trend and Fawn Design bags are so cute!! My sister let me borrow her oatmeal colored one to try it out and now I'm hooked.  I'm loving this navy color for fall and winter!

Let's be honest. Most days I'm in leggings or some sort of comfy outfit when I'm running around with the kids.  These funnel neck Shep shirts are so cute and so comfy that I know I'll wear this striped one non-stop this winter.

I have been hunting for a new pair of boots for at least the last two years.  If you've read this blog long enough you know that I haven't found anything I love enough to replace an old Banana Republic pair that I literally wore until the bottoms fell off.  This is the first pair I can honestly say Ahhh I LOVE these!! I haven't tried them on yet but since they're under $300 and everyone says Madewell makes great shoes I'm going to give them a try.

AG jeans are hands down my favorite brand of designer jeans.  I don't know why but after trying pretty much every brand under the sun AG is the brand that fits my body best.  I love this darker color for winter and it's perfect for dressing up or down.

I really don't have a good pair of basic gold statement earrings and love these from RRR that I saw on Tuckernuck.

I've had my eye on these sunglasses for months now.  In the summer I tend to stick with my cheap knock offs because I'm running around the pool and park with the kids but I think these would be a nice winter splurge or a good Christmas or birthday gift ;)

I'm obsessed with this jacket!! For the price tag and our winter weather it's probably not practical but it just looks so cute and comfy without being too bulky.

This is one of those pieces that I don't really want to splurge on but at the same time I know I'll wear it at least twice a week so it makes total sense!  It's just the perfect oversized wrap to throw on over leggings and a tee this winter.

These are some of my favorite leggings for winter and I love that they now have this blue color! I haven't seen them in person yet but I've been looking for a good dark blue or navy blue legging to add to my winter legging rotation.  Does anyone else hope the legging as pants trend never goes out of style?!

All the heart eyes for this bag! While it's definitely not practical for me to carry every day I thought this would be a fun bag to have when I go out without the kids for date nights or girls nights out.

How adorable are these booties??  These are the perfect booties for running around with kids all day and would look good with jeans, leggings or a dress plus Toms make such comfortable shoes.

Love these!! The pointed toe with the chunky heel is like the late 90s have returned only I'm wearing skinny jeans not flares that are dragging on the sidewalk ;)

This didn't make the collage but I love this drop waist shirt dress.  You could easily dress it up or down depending on accessories and shoes.

I need some basic sweaters for winter and I love this cotton one from Factory.  Wool makes me itch too much so I'm always looking for cute cotton options and this one comes in enough colors and the price is great so I could pick up a few.

Have you started shopping for fall?  What's on your wishlist this year?
