28 Weeks!

Had a little too much fun shopping yesterday for Baby Boy!
 How Far Along:
28 weeks- only 12 weeks to go!
Baby Size:
Small cabbage- Baby is approximately 17 inches long and weighs approx 2.9lbs
Total weight gain/loss:
I didn't have time to weigh myself this morning but I'm guess at least a pound if not two thanks to all the Easter candy I've been consuming!
Maternity Clothes:
Yes pretty much all maternity clothes these days- I do still wear all my pre-pregnancy yoga pants and I pulled off a pre-pregnancy maxi this weekend
Stretch Marks:
No and hoping it stays that way!
Still awful.  Baby boy is awake and kicking me all night long.  Last night I had my first 3am charlie horse.  That was fun- I've never jumped out of bed so fast or screamed so loud.  First thing I bought today was a banana.
Best Moment of the Week:
See above- big shopping spree for baby boy- who still doesn't have a name!
Miss Anything:
My pre-baby body and I am dying to drink a gigantic Blue Moon or Summer Shady- the summer beers are just calling my name
Yes he is one active boy- now he's kicking me all night long!
Food Cravings:
Still anything hot and spicy my milk craving has waned a bit
Still indigestion and heartburn- yuck.  I've been eating Tums like candy
Anything making your queasy or sick:
Not this week
Have you started to show yet:
Boy! Anyone have a name suggestion?  We can't decide and/or agree on one!
Labor Signs:
Belly Button- In or Out?:
In but getting shallow
Wedding Rings- On or Off?:
Happy or Moody?:
Happy- I can't believe how fast this is all going!
Looking forward to:
Having friends in town this weekend to see the Cherry Blossoms in DC

  1. Those are the cutest baby clothes. That's gonna be one fashion forward baby! ;)

  2. Your pregnancy is flying by! Love the clothes haul:)

  3. Those clothes are so cute! I can't wait to buy stuff specifically for baby once he/she gets here. Those charlie horses are the worst; I've had a few and just started hitting my husband in the middle of the night because I panicked. Ugh. Hopefully you don't get too many more! My midwife told me to chew on dried papaya; it's supposed to help with heart burn. I also take a probiotic, which keeps my digestive system in good shape. That and drinking a ton of water helped my heart burn go away, because I seriously thought I was going to die from it for a while. Names are tricky business! I think we (fingers crossed) may have decided on a girl and a boy name. Good luck with choosing!

  4. Cute loot! So jealous you still don't have any stretch marks! My poor belly looks like a road map :( oh well, my boys are worth it! As for the name game...ugh good luck! My hubby and I took so long to pick them and could never agree....compromise is always a good idea. You guys will figure it out and I'm sure it will be adorable! :)

  5. How fun, what cute outfits, Nat! Can't believe you only have 12 weeks!

  6. We didn't have a name for either one until after they were born... there is something about seeing them that makes something just kind of happen! I am obsessed with all of your shopping finds! I need to get all of those for Greyson! I force him to only wear preppy/nautical clothes! Come summer, a Blue Moon will be in order especially since there is a rumor it helps with lactation ;)

  7. Adorable clothes! Can't wait to see what name you come up with. I'm sure it will be perfect. Boy names can be tricky.

  8. CONGRATULATIONS!!!! How wonderful! My son is 4 months old and we're having a blast with him...you're going to love having a little boy :). And whoever says shopping for little boys isn't fun doesn't know where to shop; seersucker suits and bow ties are pretty much the cutest things EVER.

Sorry you're having heartburn :( no fun! But it will all be over soon and you'll have Baby Boy in your arms. Congrats again!
