and of course the low calorie desserts (courtesy of my amazing in-laws)...

Obviously you're going to thirsty so you'll need to rehydrate...

And lastly make sure your DVR is full so you can catch up on important Current Events....

Bring it on Mother Nature- we're ready!

  1. Ha! Can I repost this on my blog?! I feel the same way - tho my stockpile consisted mostly of organic whole milk (for Becks) and 1% for the husband. {Yes, I'm going to be stuck at my inlways for the duration of the storm. Argggggg!} Have fun being all snowed in. Looks like you're prepared!

  2. Thank GOD I am not the only one who watches Secret Life!!! Haha. My husband gives me such a hard time! Have you seen Make it or Break it? It's on right after Secret Life. Even better...and by better, I mean horrible teeny bopper drama. Loves it!

  4. Okay, this cracks me up! I always laugh when they threaten a snow storm in the south and everyone here flocks to the local grocery store for bread and milk. Seriously people? Why aren't you buying frozen pizzas, chips, ice cream, Diet Coke and wine in bulk?? I know that's what would be going into my cart to prepare for a winter storm! Looks like you have a pretty full DVR - we love Modern Family in our household, the one this week was one of the funniest yet!

  8. Can I come to your house and ride out the blizzard with you? It's supposed to be 65 degrees and sunny here this weekend, but your plan sounds much more fun!!!

  9. ROTFL Your disaster preparedness is stellar! Sounds like the perfect weekend to me. I am a teacher and we have not had a snow day yet (they don't come easy in WI) this year. I am hoping we get just one because the first does not have to be made up by students or teachers. Have a great weekend.

  11. Dammit! I am SO jealous that you guys are getting all of this snow! I'm so sick of this bullshit Wisconsin weather!

I laughed big time when I saw your DVR, Ryan is obsessed with Steven Segal! I thought he was the only person on the planet who watched that show! Looks like he and your hubs would get along fabulously! And you and I would be set with the junk food, wine and the Real Housewives!

    Stay safe Nat:)
