Thoughts for Thursday: 20 Budget Friendly Summer Staples

Last week on instastories I asked for some blog post ideas and you all gave so many great ones. So thank you again! Some of you asked for budget friendly summer staples ideas and I have say this post was so much fun to put together!

I'm not going to lie before kids I used to be so good at finding sales and deals.  I feel like now that I don't have as much time to myself I tend to just buy the first thing I like that I see (that's in my budget of course) but I could probably find a more affordable version if I just put a little more time and research into it.  So for today's post that is exactly what I did. Honestly it was a lot easier than I thought it would be and I've added pretty much all of these items to my cart that I don't own already.  So if you're in the market for budget friendly summer staples- shop away below!

one // two // three // four // five
six // seven // eight // nine // ten

Are you a budget conscious shopper?  Do you wait for sales or tend to buy items when you like them, even if they're full price?

  1. Love all of your finds! I'd wear everything. I feel like my shopping depends on a few things: occasion, the store, etc. I know places like Gap and Loft ALWAYS have sales so I will always wait for their biggest sales because I feel like it's silly not to. But some places don't run sales as often so I might jump more quickly if I really love something. I always search Retail Me Not, too, just in case there's a promo code. And for online shopping, if there's free shipping that always pushes me over the edge haha.
